Annual Web Site Subscription
The InvestR Centre's web site and weekly investment bulletin is part educational and part investment advice. Any advice given in this format is generic in nature and is not intended as specific advice for any particular subscriber. Subscribers who use The InvestR Centre web site do so in full knowledge that any advice that is aimed at subscribers in general can not and will not be classed as investment advice for any particular subscriber.
The InvestR Centre teaches investment strategies and gives examples throughout the web site of stocks that satisfy the criteria of the different strategies on given dates for education and illustrative purposes. It is the responsibility of individual subscribers or investors to assess the merits and risks of the different strategies and to assess the different stocks that may satisfy the relevant criteria in deciding whether to invest in particular stocks or investment instruments or otherwise. The InvestR Centre cannot and will not guarantee or represent that any investment strategy or investment will produce a positive result. It is the individual responsibility of each subscriber or investor to assess these risks in the light of their own financial circumstances and investment requirements and in consultation with their own investment advisor. Each investor must accept that the value of investments can fall as well as rise and act accordingly.

We do offer tailored one-to-one investmet advice and financial planning from one of The InvestR Centre's panel of authorised advisors which includes The InvestR Centre's own authorised investment advisor and outside independent authorised investment advisors.
In this regard, The InvestR Centre is authorised by the Irish Financial Regulator to provide investment advisory services covering a fully comprehensive range of investment instruments and investment products. Our services cover the provision of independent investment advisory services only. It is your responsibility to establish a direct relationship with the various financial institutions that are the providers of investment products. These will normally include stockbrokers, insurance companies and banks. The InvestR Centre’s services are exclusively advisory and the company does not handle client cash or execute transactions on behalf of clients.
Exclusion of Liability
The InvestR Centre (ILTB Ltd), its directors, servants and/or agents shall not, save in the event of fraud, willful default or negligence be responsible or liable for the economic performance of your portfolio or for any losses, claims, costs or expenses as a result of the performance of our obligations to you as a web site subscriber or an advisory client. The laws of the Republic of Ireland govern these agreements.
